What is Marketplace Christianity?
Think about it. God has only called about 3% of Christians into “full-time ministry” as members of the clergy. Their job is to equip the 97% of us who have been called to work as entrepreneurs, leaders, and employees in the marketplace.Our job is to be the “salt and light” to the world. We share our faith through our actions in the marketplace as we apply Biblical principles to grow our businesses, excel as employees, and be wise stewards of the resources with which God has entrusted us

We want business people to understand that God has put each of us where we are for a reason; the workplace should be seen as a mission field; not just a place where we earn our living. Our hope is to encourage you to be an example of Christ which, in turn, positions you to win your sphere of influence for Christ.Many believe that the next great revival will take place in the workplace. We feel God is calling us to be a part of that revival

The mission of Christian's in The Marketplace Latvia(CITM) to equip marketplace people to become spiritual and natural leaders.
Christians in the Marketplace (CITM) is for anyone who is working in the marketplace. CITM exists to empower, encourage and equip you with the wisdom and knowledge from successful business professionals from around the world.To equip marketplace Christians to become spiritual and natural leaders, establishing the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.

Christians in the Marketplace (CITM) is for men and women who spend their working day in business, education or government.Christians in the Marketplace is for men and women who spend their working day in business, education or government.
The marketplace is our call to ministry and we need to equip ourselves with wisdom and knowledge to fulfil this calling as much as those who serve in the church or on the mission field, so we can rise to our God-appointed position
It is our desire to see the minstry of Jesus taken from within the walls of our churches and into the marketplace where we as Christian business people can demonstrate the love of Jesus by meeting the needs of our co-workers, employees, clients, suppliers - in fact everyone that we deal with on a daily basis
